Marketplace role
The platform connects pet owners with independent sitters; it is not the sitter's employer.
Bookings and payment
Owners pay after a sitter accepts. Payment is processed by Stripe. Sitters are paid after the stay.
Cancellations
Full refund more than 7 days before drop-off, 50% within 7 days, no refund after drop-off. Sitter cancellations are refunded in full.
Fees
A service fee is added to the owner's total. A commission may be deducted from sitter payouts.
